All of our products are printed, pressed and shipping from our shop in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Disclaimer: Due to a variety of computer screens, colors may differ slightly. All orders are considered made to order, placement and sizing may vary slightly from the image screen. If the product design have white in the design it will change to the color of the apparel due to the nature of the heat processing white DOES NOT show.

Wait 24 hours after product is made before washing. Turn apparel inside out, Wash on Cold, Use Mild Detergent, Hang Dry or Tumble Dry on Medium or Low Heat. DO NOT Use Bleach, fabric softener or High Heat.
Refund / Return Policy

Kunkle's Custom Apparel does not offer refunds or returns unless applicable. Refunds or Returns will be at the discretion of Kunkle's Custom Apparel management and will only be considered if there is a damage to the product as a result of production and creation. Any claims for damages to the product must be filed with us within 24 hours of delivery / pick up of your order.
Claims must be submitted to kunklescustomapparel@yahoo.com and must include the following information. Order #, pictures of damages, details.

Shipping Policy
5-7 business days processing on "ready to ship" (RTS) items. Please allow 5-7 business days processing. In most cases we are able to process your order quicker however in the event of unforeseen circumstances we keep our 5-7 business days.
We are not accountable for shipping delays due to USPS, UPS or any other carrier. We have no control over their schedules and delays.
In most cases all orders are shipped Priority through USPS or UPS. Smaller size packages may be shipped using standard shipping methods through USPS.
All customers will receive an email with their tracking information when orders are shipped.
